If you have home delivery of the Jacksonville Daily Progress, you should receive a paper no later than 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday and 6:30 AM on Sunday. If you don't receive a paper by these deadlines and you live inside the city limits of Jacksonville, simply give us a call by 6:30 PM, Monday thru Friday or 9 AM on Sunday, and will will send a paper righ t out to you. If you live outside the city limits of Jacksonville, still give us a call and we will make sure that the situation is solved in a timely and professional manner.
