They deliver the Phoenix seven days a week in the early mornings, generally from about 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Being a contractor requires a dependable vehicle and active driver's license (and OK auto insurance). No collecting required, although contractors do help communicate with subscribers regarding renewal payments.
